Here are two pictures from the beach near Gran Pre, Nova Scotia on March 03, 2010. A few snow squalls were coming through the area and it was bitterly cold out. As you can tell by the whitecaps the wind was howling in the area. The view from the beach leads to Blomidon.The next two pictures are from the town of Wolfville. The tracks still run through the town and you can catch a glimpse of the old train station. This is a great university town with many fine cafes and eateries.
