BMW1200's favorite things about shopping ...

When he goes out shopping for an item, this male finds it very important that a sales person uses proper techniques to secure a sale. His current favorites are: 1. Being Rushed   2. Being Ignored   3. Being Treated Poorly

At first he couldn't put his finger on the cause of shopping anxiety; that is until he picked up a copy of Blink. It appears that there is a strong correlation between these sales practices and customer satisfaction. (sarcasm intended). BMW1200 wonders why so many people struggle so much in their jobs, such as sales person. This really CONCERNS him. Of course the sales persons might do better at sales if they were more concerned about customers.
